Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions (Solo $9 / Pro $29 / Team $79)

• 14-day free trial with no card — you are not charged until the trial ends.
• Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee, no penalty. You retain monitoring through the end of the period you paid for.
• Prorated refunds for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of a charge.
• Cancel or manage billing via the Stripe customer portal (linked from your welcome email) or email aiden@mindsparkstack.com.

Legacy StackPatch Founder Lifetime ($99 one-time — closed to new signups)

• Full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
• Email aiden@mindsparkstack.com with your Stripe order number, or reply to your purchase receipt.
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
• On refund, your enrollment token is revoked, monitored servers are paused, and audit URL goes private.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email aiden@mindsparkstack.com with the subject “Refund Request.”
2. Include your name and order number (from your Stripe receipt).
3. We’ll confirm within 24 hours and process within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

• Refund requests after 30 days for one-time purchases are reviewed case-by-case.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
