1. Our Commitment
MindSparkStack is committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation across primary flows; visible focus rings.
- Color contrast meeting WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements.
- Responsive layout supporting 200% zoom without horizontal scroll on standard viewports.
- Alternative text on meaningful images.
- Form fields labelled and associated with hints / errors.
- Reduced-motion media query honored.
3. Known Limitations
- Some marketing animations may exceed reduced-motion ideals; we are iterating.
- PDF and external embed accessibility depends on the original publisher.
- Third-party widgets (Discord, Stripe Checkout) inherit those vendors’ accessibility levels.

Self-assessment, last reviewed 2026-04-19, against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not currently hold a third-party VPAT but will publish one when prepared.
