This is a real offer, not a marketing hook. VaultAgent — our zero-retention AI proxy for teams with SOC 2 on the horizon — is open for three design partners starting today. In exchange for letting us list your logo and one sentence of attribution on the landing page, you get 50% off Year 1. The rate is locked in the order form for 12 months.
The offer, concretely
- Starter: $499/mo (normally $999). 100,000 proxied requests/month. 1 locked agent. Full audit log.
- Enterprise: $1,250/mo (normally $2,500). Unlimited requests (10M/mo soft fair-use cap). BYOK for every provider. Priority support, 2-hour response target.
- 12 months locked at the discounted rate — after that it returns to list price.
- What you commit to: using VaultAgent in production for real AI traffic (not a POC sandbox), and letting us list your company logo + one sentence of attribution on vault.mindsparkstack.com.
- First three companies only. When we have three signed order forms, the offer closes.
Why this and why now
We need named references more than we need the first year of revenue. Sales-and-security buyers don't move on unlabeled screenshots — they move on "we use this, it passed our review, here's the person who did the review." The three design partners give us that. In return, you get the product at half price and a direct line to the team shipping it.
We launched VaultAgent last week. It's functionally complete — 159/159 tests green, SOC 2 readiness pack published in the public repo, zero retention of prompt and response bodies by design. What it doesn't yet have is logos. That's what this offer is buying.
What you get (besides the discount)
Everything on the pricing page, plus:
- A shared Slack or email thread with the founder for security-review questions and deploy support. Enterprise: 2-hour response target during business hours. Starter: same channel, one-business-day response.
- Your feedback shapes the roadmap. We're six months out from our SOC 2 Type I target date. Features you need for your audit get prioritized before features we think sound cool.
- First dibs on new capabilities. The next three things we ship — rotating per-agent BYOK keys, SIEM export of the audit log, and on-prem deploy templates — ship to design partners first.
- Flat pricing ceiling on Enterprise. No per-request fees regardless of volume. If you're worried about a runaway integration spiking your bill, Enterprise is where to be.
What this is not
It is not a pilot. It is not a free trial. It is not a POC with a "convert later" handshake. You're paying us real money on day one — just less of it, in exchange for public attribution.
It is also not SOC 2 certification. We're not certified yet. The work is public at /security — policies, sub-processors, audit evidence, all visible before any sales call. If your procurement team wants something they can read before a demo, that's what's on that page. If they want a certification logo, we're not the vendor yet.
Fit check
The offer is a fit if:
- Your team uses Claude, OpenAI, or a mix, and your legal/security review is asking about retention
- You have SOC 2 Type I or Type II inside the next 12 months
- You can commit to using the product in production (not just spinning it up in a sandbox and walking away)
- Your company name is one your peers would recognize — we're optimizing for logo credibility, not bulk
It's not a fit if you're still pre-funding, if you're evaluating vendors purely for a compliance checkbox with no real AI traffic yet, or if you can't make a public-attribution call in a couple of days. Those are fine, just not what this offer is for — reach out at list price anytime.
How to take it
Two ways to take it:
- Book a 20-minute walkthrough — pick a time, we reply within a few hours with a calendar invite, and you see the audit log + BYOK boundary live before you decide.
- Or email aiden@mindsparkstack.com with "design partner" in the subject. Include your company name, rough AI usage pattern, and SOC 2 timeline.
One business day to get you the order form if it's a mutual fit. Three business days to turn you around with a "not this time" if it's not.
We close the offer when we have three signed. Last updated: April 21, 2026.
vault.mindsparkstack.com has the full pricing page and architecture. /security has the compliance evidence. Short email beats a long one — we'll figure the rest out on a call.
